About the Park

The park contains 6 kilometres of walking trails which take you from the campground and the Little Qualicum Falls Day-use area along the Little Qualicum River. There is also a small loop departing from the covered Picnic Shelter for those who are only interested in the upper and lower falls. It takes less walking time and still has great views of the cascading falls and gorge.

Location

One of the more spectacular parks on Vancouver Island, Little Qualicum Falls offers majestic old-growth and second growth forests between the waterfalls of the Little Qualicum River and the entire southern shore of Cameron Lake. It provides an excellent base camp for exploring Cathedral Grove at Macmillan Provincial Park as well as opportunities to enjoy the Little Qualicum River.
